Poor service delivery

Poor service... My mothers estate is taking too long. She had NO debts or any outstanding accounts. Yesterday I heard the Executor handling her estate went on pension. So who is handling it now.? Been trying to phone the trust *** no luck... No replies on emails... VERY DISSAPOINTED dont use Absa to handle estate or testament..
