Poor Service

ABSA Trust

My complaint is also directed at 2 staff members at ABSA Trust they never return any emails or calls .I logged a complaint waiting patiently to see if anything comes from it. I think that entire department should be closed down because their service is very poor one of the worst I have ever experienced. I logged complaint regarding an insurance a month ago todate no one even bother to contact me.

I doubt anyone will even attempt to resolve my complaint.
