Poor service

I went to an absa Louis trichardt assisted by the lady called Azwindini lethole so lazy,slow and seem not knowing what she was doing I sit for an 2hours just to collect my credit card at first she said is not in the branch after 30 minutes she said oh the credit card is here,and I could tell that she seem not even interested in assisting,it took again 1h30 minutes to set up the online banking just imagine, this is not on and need to be sorted as soon as possible ,am not happy at all very frustrating
