POOR SERVICE

I opened Cheque account then Covid 19 came i couldn't use it anymore went to the branch to try and close it was told they wont be able to close it until i settle the full amount which was R653.00 It was handed over then i made arrangement's with them but still the account accumulates interests can i get clarity because you don't want me to close it but you keep on adding interests as we speak its R854.00 I REALLY DONT WANT UNNECCESSARY DEBT THE WORLD IS IN CRISIS
