POOR SERVICE!!

I app**** for debt review and Absa said that my credit card account is excluded from debt review as I am married Cop. I have NEVER been married and I don't know where Absa got this information. Absa said I must update my marital status within 10 working days which I did. The debt review company has not received any feedback from Absa and Absa has now handed me over to the attorneys. I spoke to Absa numerous times to explain the situation but no one noted it on the system as I requested. If this account is not included in my debt review due to incompetence by Absa I will surely take this to the Ombudsman.
