Poor Service

I am really disappointed with the service from Absa, I app**** for a loan and received a message that its approved and will get paid in 48 hours. I call the CC for an update and get told its with Back office. I called today 6 times over and your agent keeps cutting me off. I am a loyal client and all the absa accounts are paid on time
