POOR SERVICE

NATIONAL DECEASED ESTATE DEPARTMENT are horrible to work with. Waiting periods more than 5 months on accounts. Reported estate on 28 July 2022. Since then numerous times followed up and "escalated" but was advised this morning that NOTHING has been done up to know.
