Poor service

I’ve logged a few complaints over a week ago regarding uncleared transactions which dates back more than a month..between 2/3/25 till the 30/3/25. It’s a total of twenty different transactions than needs clearance. Their policies states that it takes a 7-14 days for a transaction to be cleared..why is mine still uncleared over a month? Why am I being ignored when I emailed ? I’ve been assure that I will at least be informed within two business days and no response or explanation what’s going on. A Nadia Tait forwarder an email where she informed her so called team to assist and I’m still waiting. Funny how quick deductions happens when its their money. I want my money ABSA!!!
