Poor service by Absa

Absa is the worst bank ever had a joint bond with my late husband ,life insurance was linked with the bond account. It paid and they deducted the outstanding balance on the bond and the bond is paid up now,but struggling to get my remaining money and my title deed from them,all sorts of stories from Absa after I complained,they were quiet,no update,they do not reply emails I am tired of their incompetence.
