Poor Service, Badly run management.
I have advised this bank more than once that I am unemployed. I have no means in paying the loan I have with them. They advised that I should apply for a debt relief recovery plan. I have done this with no response from them.
Then this morning, they have the audacity to threaten me with legal action.
How do they work? How can they threaten me if I app**** for debt relief?
This bank is nasty and badly run by management.
