poor service

i opened a bank account on the 8 th of march ,i only discovered that my account is blocked on the 25th of march when i wanted to withdraw money.it said i must submit fica documents at the branch ,i went to the branch on Friday submitted all my documents i was told they will call me back before the end of business no one called me,i went to the branch again afterwork same guy told me he sent documents he will followup saterday and giveme feedback ,i never received feedback on saterday until i went to them again today,i was with teh consultant he resent the documents but my account is still blocked i cannot use it ,he said hes waiting for FICA department to work on my documents they will call me back it is not 2h50 pm no call,i still cannot use my account i must pay my bills .how do i live without money .i am frustrated and angry .after the whole process i am going to close the account. I'm not happy at all .
