Poor service avaf(absa vehicle finance)

Poorw service from ABSA, on the 4th july i made an eft payment to avaf(absa vehicle finance)my only mistake was to forget to put my account as reference,absa started sending dozen messages to say that i have not paid..it was a suprise to me, went to my account to pull proof of payment sent to them two weeks ago, they said they will allocate funds to my account…till this day am still being sent messages to say I havnt paid and the funds still haven’t reflected on my account , its been exactly 3 weeks… i have followed up with phone calls and emails all my efforts go into vain… am extremely disappointed with absa at this point… this has now affected my credit record
