Poor service @ Personal Loan department

I have been trying to call Absa personal loans department. I wait for a long time waiting for someone to answer and every time when it starts ringing I get cut off. I sent an email to *** and I was told that I need to call the contact centre. Maybe it will help if you can specify which services you are handling via email because the is so frustrating.
