Poor service at Absa Lichtenburg

I was at Absa here in Lichtenburg to close my absa account stood for a 45min when i got to the consultant i told her i want to close my account all she she did is send a link to head office and they must call me in regards to close my account she should of done it in the branch Im very unhappy with the service at absa in Lichtenburg
