Poor service at Absa Karaglen branch

I went to Absa bank Karaglen mall in Edenvale this morning to resolve my credit card issue as well as to get a new card. I was dissappointed by the level of poor service at this branch. I was served by a lady called Tamia Makhalemele whose attitude of frowning at clients is less fit for the business, in my opinion. What shocked me is that l have to wait for 25 days to receive a new credit card if l have my broken one cancelled. I got my card replaced sometimes back at the same branch but this time around l need to wait for 25 days! Absa, how can we help you to cure this disservice?
