Poor service at absa grove branch
Standing in a que for 50mins at client services and only moved half way up the que becuse only one and at some times 2 tellers availible on a saturday morning. This is busy hours for every one working during weekdays the only day to come in to a branch is on a Saturday. Being a platinum client at absa this is unexceptable.
