Poor Service at Absa Bank

I've made an online application for a new account on the 11th December, till today I have not received my bank card. On the 18th I followed with the absa Branch at the Groove. ***ca said I still need to wait more for fica verification, and she will call me between 1 and 5 days with an update. It's after 5 days and I haven't received a call from her. Poor service at Absa even when you enter there's no reception guiding you on which queue to Join.
