Poor service as usual

Bad service received from this person:Zanele Shokane Investment Support Consultant: Customer Engagement Absa Fund Managers

I am trying to close my savings investments, half the money has been paid, still dont know where the rest of it is. I am trying to contact this person , no response. I asked for the money to be paid to my Capitec amount, only a small portion has been paid.
