Poor service as always with all your products

Good day I just want to find out what the hell is going on how come is my installments 6000.00 something from 2800.00 something .I don't have that kind of the amount and I wont be able to pay that kind of amount not now not ever right now you can see that i am closer to finish my account while i was paying every month for the past 5 years now that I am about to finish my car you come up with this stupid instalment .I need this to be fixed asap because the debit order that will go through month end its only the one I know not this kind of instalment i need to be called asap .The only instalment that will go through is the normal one .I can't wait to finish all the debts i have with your company because wow you really knows how to ruin someone's life .I want this to be fixed theres no way i am going to pay this money
