Poor service and treatment with harassment

I have been harassed by Absa on payments to my credit card that I have already made days ago. When the person on the call asked how I received my statements, I told her that I don't receive statements. I told her that I feel it is not good enough that I don't receive any statements or that I get harassed after making payments. Her wonderful client service was hanging the phone up on me. I honestly think that the service I have received from Absa is an absolute joke and beyond pathetic. Something seriously has to change soon!
