Poor service and poor customer service.

I have paid up my credit card on the 31st and requested that they cancel it up but the cancellation department is no where to be found. The consultant will let you hold and come back to you and say the cancellation department is not available they will call you within 3-5 days. It’s unfair, they are *********** and is unacceptable.i don’t understand what is so difficult about cancelling a credit card that is fully paid up.
