Poor service and not doing what they say they will

Very poor service. My bank card was hacked when data leaked out by Uber eats. I reported it to their ***** line and they said someone will contact me within 2 working days and it was now been 5! They charged me for a new bank card and I haven't receive my money yet while my friend who has also been hack and are at another bank has gotten all his money back!
