Poor service and no communication

I have been struggling to get any replies from Blessing and is very frustrating. I have a trust with ABSA which I regret choosing ABSA due to the poor service. I have medical accounts that have not bee paid for and when submitting to Blessing no communication is given back. I have medical accounts that for the last 7 years have not been claimed for but I get told it has but no proof can be provided or no replies to my emails. I hate to have to write a review but people should know what they in for if they invest there money with ABSA trust. My account has never been maintained and I am very disappointed. I hope someone in ABSA can help me with this frustration I have been going through!!??
