Poor service and lazy management

I've been to Absa Bank Chatsworth today and as I waited in line to do a deposit for renewal of my PDP I was approached by the security guard, after he was asked by the teller, to tell me to do the deposit through the ATM outside. I enquired if I needed exact money when doing the deposit at the ATM and the guard responded yes. At this time the teller, who was busy with a client said he would give me change so it would make it easy, so I rejoined the queue, with 3 other people before me. My thought was that before attending g to the next client he would give me the required change but he just kept on seeing to the clients until it was my turn at the till. This was not an issue for me as I assumed he would assist with my deposit when I got to him as it would have probably taken him about 15 seconds to give me the required change and this could have been easily done before seeing to the next client. When I reached him, he asked if I still needed the change, to which I rep**** no, as I was already at the teller, I assumed he could just do the deposit. He informed me that they were not ALLOWED to do deposits for PDP at the teller and can ONLY be done at the ATM!!! I said that was no issue although I had followed this queue waiting for change and was no told " ABSA does NOT do deposits less than R5000 at the teller. This is strange to me as I cannot understand how banks are seemingly now allowed to tell you that if your deposit is less than R5000, you need to follow the queue on the outside of the bank to do an ATM deposit. I requested the teller give me something n writing that states they are NOT allowed to do deposits less than R5000 at the teller but he said he couldn't and the manager would speak to me. When she arrived ( Shammy as that's the only name she was willing to give, no Surname) said that the teller was correct and the correspondence that I am requesting is in the adverti*****ts at the entrance of the bank. I have no clue how she as a manager lacks the akls to understand my point, if you have a deposit that is LESS than R5000, you CAN, if you choose, do the deposit at the ATM. If you are already at the teller how does it make it right that you now go outside the bank to another queue and do your deposit. And by the way, the Lady ahead of me in the queue did a deposit of less than a R1000 and that was apparently fine, according to the teller and the manager ( Shammy) as it was a business account. Please can someone assist with advising how to get assistance in ABSA Chatsworth as the manager as well as the teller, seem to be making their own rules to suite themselves by Stating and insisting that ABSA does not accent any deposits less than R5000 at the teller.
