Poor service

Good day,

I have made several attempts to start repayment on my personal loan to no avail.

My recent interaction with Claudette Lewis delivered no results. She was no help as she send the same feedback as previously on multiple complaints.

I am no further on repayment as the number provided to me to call, reverts to the same message each time as to leave a message and they will call me back, which does not happen.

I keep receiving threatening letters from Absa. The complaints consultant advised that they will contact the debt collector and provide me with feedback. This has not happened.

My hands are tied as I want to start repayment but no one wants to assist me.
