Poor Service ABSA Unit Trust
ABSA Unit Trust
I am trying to cancel my unit trust account with ABSA due to various reasons. However, after 2 months of filling in paperwork and resubmitting FICA documents, my account is still open. Completed the cancellation documents on 05/10/2018. However, yesterday another debit order went off my account.
Please explain.
