POOR SERVICE - ABSA SETTLEMENT LETTER

Absa South Africa can I please have my Personal Loan Settlement letter. I settled the loan before the contract date without missing one payment. I have been really to get my Settlement letter. This morning I called ABSA 4 times. The consultants( Lerato Mojapelo and her Supervisor Bontiso Kodisang) I spoke with could not help me. How easy it is to apply for a loan but it’s a mission to get a settlement letter, virtually impossible.
