poor service ABSA deceased estate section

on 2020/09/23 i opened an estate late account into which money from my late mothers accounts was to be transferred in order for me as the appointed executor to finalise the estate. i have now been calling the ABSA deceased estate section for 2 weeks and everyday i get told a different story i have left my telephone number e mail address and i just do not receive feedback. This is surely the worst service that i have ever received from anyone honestly
