POOR SERVICE ABSA

I had to replace 3 Credit Cards during the last year, the service is really bad. The first response, ROBOT, is quick to respond with a reference number and friendly automated message. Thereafter nothing happens. Receiving a new Credit Card took at least two weeks, wherafter it got delivered to the wrong address. I unfortunately cannot recommend using this service!
