Can we have updated statements on this account ***3??? My mom has been paying off balloon payments since 2020 ,according to her it should be settled by now??

We receive no statements or any updates on that yet you were quick to harass and threaten her when she missed 2 payments unaware that she had to start paying after what she thought was last month of paying the finance.
