Poor service

It is so frustrating trying to make arrangements with ABSA and they promise the service and there is just no response or implementing. I made an arrangement for money to be debited on 25th it was I phone they said by end of day yesterday it will have still nothing, I try to get clarity NO RESPONSE nothing.
