Poor service

I have never seen so *********** bank like absa vehicle finance. We bought quantu2023 Dec 12,.today is 07 April 2025 .I have never received any statement about payment and balance but they deduct everyomonth .what disgust me am at The branch Springs mall .I was put on the phone I hv been holding for a line is more that 30mon now.i have indicated to the front desk lady that m dropping the phone they will phone me this people. She was so surprised that I have not get any assistance over the phone. .this is bad .
