Poor service

I came to open an account at Absa Lakeside branch. I arrived at 3pm and I was 3rd on the que. The time now is 4:28pm and I am still not served. The service here is pathetic and I am leaving, I don't think this is the right place for me. I am so so disappointed with such a horrible service.
