Poor service

I would like to lodge a complaint about absa teller who shouted at me for asking change referring me to counter 06 for assistance instead of helping with change.

Her name is cecilia senwelo from absa hatfield hilda and burnet street, she asked if im banking with absa which I confirmed but choose to refuse to help. This employee must be taught customers service and how to speak clients.
