Poor service

Last year I took my car to be panel beated at Maritzburg Central Panelbeater via absa Insurance because the car was had an accident at the back. Firstly after I contacted absa Insurance accessor (Carl), he was not available to meet with me to view the damage in my car instead he referred me to the Maritzburg Central Panelbeater, I will think he met with the panel beater after I left the car. I did raise my concerns about the panel beater that I dont trust or think their serves is of high standard, looking at the cleanliness and other things, this was raise to Lutando at the claims department who told me that assessor need to assist me on that. Anyway the car was taken in for a long time I kept on calling them to check if they are done with the car. When they were done with the car I had a list of concerns submitted to ABSA Insurance for redressing and one of the concerns was the colour where the car was painted was not the same with the colour in the rest of the body. I was advised by absa Insurance after seeing the list of my concern to take the car back to Maritzburg Central Panelbeaters to be resolve. The car was taken in for some few days without being given any courtesy car, I had to rely on public transport. Most of my concerned were atted to but the few where not because I needed the car back I had to take it. After all this I was noticing water inside the boot after every car wash, the latest floods last year saw my boot full of rain water in the boot. This mean that if there is rain the water goes inside the boot. The boot doesn't have the hole to grain this water so for every rain I grain it manually with a cup or container from where the spare wheel stay. I have reported this from last year with the absa Insurance and they advise me to take the car back to Maritzburg Central Panelbeater which I did at the beginning of Decenber 2019 and there was no paper work was done to record that the car was with the car was seen by them. Late that day I collected the car and was told by panelbeater (Steven) that all is sorted but there is no guarantee that this will not happen again. The first rain the following day the same thing happened, water went in the boot and I reported it to absa Insurance Salome at sales department who tried to seek for advise at claim department and link me with Carl the assessor who is no where to be found. I called Carl last week on thursday the 2 Jan 2020, he said he is on leave we should meet by panelbeater on monday the 6 Jan 2020 but did not come and called him with no answer finally I got hold of him on tuesday the 7 Jan 2020 he told me he will come back to me on what I will need to do, that was my last time I spoke to him and now it friday the 10th Jan 2020 no one has called. Is this the way to treat a loyal customer? Must I always call Carl or absa Insurance so they can listen to my challenges without giving me any help? How does absa insurance works? I got lot of unanswered questions. I have referred this issue to my lawyer but my car is developing rust and this water has damaged lot of my items that I kept in the boot.
