Poor Service

I am very unhappy with the process I have experienced.<br> <br> I app**** for a credit card on Tuesday 30/06/2014 last week. I was approved and told that it will be delivered on the branch of my choice ( Bryanston Shopping Center Absa). It's now Thursday and I haven't received my card. I called several times and am not getting any help, instead I have been taken to one department and another. Which is so un professional for a large Financial Institute like this. <br> <br> Please can someone assist and this matter to be resolve a.s.a.p<br> <br> Kind Regards<br>
