Poor service
I am extremely disappointed with ABSA. Since 2021, I have been trying to resolve the account of my late husband, yet the account remains open and continues to incur charges. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, I have received little to no response or meaningful feedback. This lack of accountability and poor service during such a sensitive time is unacceptable. I expected better support and professionalism, but unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disheartening.

As we have discussed, you calling me is even more disappointing to come with even devastating information that the account was closed in October 2024 without my knowledge and what happened to the funds? why was it closed 3 years later?
