Poor service

Poor service! Absa don’t understand my business needs. This after 18 years! I am a Absa business customer and my own business customers relay on cash. Their new cashless banking leaves me to wait for hours at the cashiers who can’t provide me with sufficient fund to refuel my business. Queuing for hours to draw money as a result of only one cashier on duty?? Their solutions ATM??? I can’t draw R30k at a time at the ATM . This happens daily! Absa ATM limit is only R4000 at a time?? What is my other options? Change banks?
