Poor service

I called ABSA vehicle finance Just to Update my contact Number only to be told I should go visit the Branch. I did not go to the Branch to get Finance, why must I go to the branch now? this is poor from ABSA. the lady (Shaunies) told me there's no online platform that I can use to update my cellphone number. Bad Bad Bad service
