Poor service

I was very interested in opening the Mega U account for my son. I did the application online and one of the consultants called me 2 days later to complete the application and I emailed back the required docs on time. She had said another consultant would call me back within 48 hours to finalize the application and arrange for the debit card. Almost 2 weeks later now I'm still waiting. Maybe Absa is not interested in doing business with me. Maybe I should go open the account with another bank. I'm so disappointed!
