Poor service

ABSA vehicle finance Dept. - Recoveries ***/2/3/4/5 no one is there to pick up the calls..

Query: I am just trying to make payment and be able to track it as well that it is indeed reflecting. Vehicle finance ***cannot assist with a statement

How difficult can that be to just answer their phones even if working from home. All I want to do is clear my debt! Please help urgently
