Poor service

Went to absa branch at the carnival mall and found there was loadshedding from 10h00 till 12h00 We waited outside from 12h00 till now 12h30 half an hour later without being attended to and the branch not being opened. Meanwhile the consultants are inside eating and going about doing their own things. I don't understand what the issue is as other banks are operating while we waiting for service
