POOR SERVICE

Opened a ***** case since January 2025 , sent a couple of emails in need of feedback and no one seems to give me proper feedback regarding the matter . Every time i call they telling me that will receive a call from an investigation consultant . As i said since January the consultant never attempted to call me , so my question is what kind of service are they rendering and yet they are ranked top five ?
