Poor service

Fhe manager of liberty mall in pmb is usless they say they get back to you on a day but don't even follow up and call. On top of it all a simple think as to get confirmation from sars they cant do in time and sars also makes you wait. People dont have time to keep gling to the bank or phone all the time as it cost money i have already lost 2days work because of the poor service from absa and sars. Now who will pay me for those 2 days not absa or sars and been unemployed every cent counts to put food on table for family. This really appolling from companies. And nothing is been done about it. Where people have to beg for there own money.
