Poor service!!!!!
Pathetic service. No person at the "host" cubicle. Only 2 people assisting, with 8 clients waiting for service.
Lelani came from outside... shopping.... 14:20 ... and told me another man will assist me to give my vehicle's registration papers, although she phoned yesterday to say it is available at the branch.
Poor poor poor service!!!!!!
