poor service

I am involved in a divorce battle and urgently needs a recent updated bank statement on my home loan - i have not received a statement since 2021 - I have emailed homeloans with no response- i have phoned homeloans just to receive a statement that ends Feb 2023.... I need one as at the present moment - this was explained over the telephone to the agent tat assisted.
