Poor service

On monday i was at Absa N1 as my homeloan was deducted twice.I made a new debicheck as explained to lady over the phone that the money must be paid into another account in order for all my accounts to be paid.In June an amount of R11957 was deducted from my account.Today R17000 was deducted from my account.How will i pay my accounts whle i wait to be refunded and everything to be sorted.
