Poor service.

My Late Mother had a death policy with absa that we claimed after her passing! Everything was done accordingly on our side, the process of having letter of authority, though absa had us going up and down, jorbug branch had claimed they processed Moms claim, after a week when following up by calling the right department we were told no documents were appearing, went back there she only sent them then!!!! Waited for 24hours as it is a procedure, next step was to open up the Estate's account that was when I went to Mall of the south!!! It's been a week again when I call at the Late Estate's department I'm being told no case was opened and I should have been given Reference if the documents were processed in the bank by Charmain.

I'm really really annoyed and angry it's petrol going up and down these branches and having to bother myself by calling there there!!! They all promise to call and update, sent my sister to give Charmaine my contact details again, she doesn't bother to call!! They just sitting on those chairs doing nothing!!!!!.
