Poor service

On the 22 December I app**** for both my sons for a bank account. On the receipt email with the reference numbers it indicates that a consultant will contact me within 48 hrs. To date I have not received any feedback. I have send several emails and I have tried to contact ABSA with no luck. I'm not happy with the service at all!
