Poor service

I've been banking with Absa since 2005, but now since I was a victim of ***** at fnb, Absa field street (Durban) decided to freeze my account since 21.01.2020 till to date i can't withdraw every week I'm getting paid but I can't withdraw, and I went them twice i told them that I was a victim of ***** but still they sending me to fnb and fnb is not help, so I don't know what to do now im stuck, I'm struggling I'm get I'm debt because of Absa, the person who close my account at Absa is Aurelia
